Radishare Kenya provides access to its website, online platforms, digital learning tools, consultancy resources, and related services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Platform and not any other offline activities of Radishare Kenya unless expressly stated.
By accessing or using the Platform (including but not limited to uploading, submitting, or downloading any information or content, registering for mentorship, or accessing consultancy tools), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

The Platform may allow submission of content (e.g., research input, community feedback, MSME case studies). By submitting content, you grant Radishare Kenya a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, publish, and distribute the material to support its mission, provided your personal data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
You remain the owner of your content but are responsible for ensuring it does not infringe on third-party rights or break the law.
The Platform and its services are provided "as is" and "as available." Radishare Kenya does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free services, or complete accuracy of information.
Radishare Kenya shall not be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, unless required by Kenyan law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Radishare Kenya, its partners, staff, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Kenyan legal procedures.
Radishare Kenya reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of repeated violation of these Terms.
Your use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal data is collected, used, and protected.
