Community-Based Organization (CBO) Mentorship Program
Strengthening Grassroots Organizations for Sustainable Community Impact
The Radishare CBO Mentorship Program is designed to strengthen community-based organizations through structured capacity building, digital transformation, and collaborative action.
We work directly with 30 Community-Based Organizations, reaching over 500 active members directly and influencing more than 1,000 beneficiaries indirectly through improved programming, governance, and community outreach.
Our mentorship model equips CBOs with the tools, systems, and strategic thinking required to design, implement, and scale sustainable community solutions.

16 Days of Activism
One of the highlights of our mentorship program is coordinated advocacy and campaign implementation.
During the 16 Days of Activism, Radishare and participating CBOs collaborated to drive digital and community-based advocacy campaigns. Through coordinated messaging and social media mobilization across all participating CBO platforms, the campaign reached over 50,000 people with unified advocacy messaging.
This demonstrated:
- ✓ The power of collective grassroots collaboration
- ✓ Strengthened digital engagement capacity among CBOs
- ✓ Increased visibility for community-led initiatives
